Compared to average sneakers, how does Flyland sizing run?

Flyland boots are designed for a roomy, comfortable fit. Most customers find them true to size. Our shoes and boots are made according to the standard US size chart, however, since everyone's foot shape is different, we strongly recommend choosing your size using our Size Chart.

What is the difference between Flyland shoes and other brands?

We have a series named “Artisan Hand-Stitched Collection”; and within this series, every pair of shoes/boots is completely hand-stitched by our craftsmen. They are made without a single drop of glue, which maximizes breathability, durability, and foot health. It also means the chemicals that come in contact with your skin are significantly reduced, yet the only downside is that the Artisan series footwear is not waterproof; so please think carefully about your needs before placing your order.

Are Flyland boots waterproof?

Aside from the Artisan Hand-Stitched Collection (which prioritizes a glue-free, breathable design), most of our products are water-repellent (suede boots excluded). Please note: water-repellent does not mean fully waterproof. So for the sake of your shoes/boots, we suggest avoiding wearing them in heavy rain.

How should I care for my Flyland boots?

For smooth leather: simply wipe with a damp cloth, we recommend a simple conditioning every 3 months. But as for materials like suede or nubuck leathers, please use a suede brush to remove dirt, and apply a protective spray; store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and please do not use the washing machine to clean these shoes/boots - it will ruin them.

Section 2 - Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Order processing and packaging typically take 0-3 business days, and shipping takes about 3-5 business days. Currently, Flyland only ships to the contiguous US.

What is the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous US. Orders under this amount will be charged a flat shipping rate, and the overall cost will be calculated based on your location. Additionally, if you need faster shipping, an expedited shipping fee of $9.90 to $49.90 will apply. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.

How do I track my order?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link providing real-time tracking information and a tracking number. You can check the order status anytime in your account dashboard.

Section 3 - Returns & Exchanges

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return and exchange policy. In order to protect the footwear outsoles, we suggest trying the shoes on indoor carpet. Returned items must be in brand-new, resalable condition with the original packaging. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

How do I exchange an item for a different size?

You can exchange the size through our [Returns & Exchanges Center]. You will simply have to enter your order number and email, select the item you wish to exchange, and choose your new size. Once tracking shows your return package has been picked up and the product is undamaged, we will then immediately dispatch new shoes/boots for you.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return parcel has arrived at our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for our team to inspect the product and process your refund.

When the refund is issued, you will soon receive a confirmation email. However, depending on your bank's processing time, the refund may take an additional 3-10 business days to appear in your original payment account.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer multiple fast and secure payment options. You can use Shop Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay for a fast payment. You can also use all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) during standard checkout. All transactions are protected by bank-level SSL encryption, ensuring your information is absolutely safe.

After the payment, can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order has not yet shipped! Since we process orders quickly, please contact us ASAP at service@flylandshoes.com.

However, if the parcel is already shipped, we are unable to make changes while it is in transit. But don't worry—once you receive the boots, you can use our 30-day hassle-free return and exchange service.

Does Flyland provide any discount codes or promotions?

At Flyland, we believe in transparent pricing year-round, so we rarely run sales or promotions.

However, during rare special events, we may offer limited-time promotions. When we do, we keep it completely transparent - all event details, discount codes, and conditions will be clearly posted on the announcement banner at the top of our website.

Our shoes are made in our dedicated workshop in southern China. We partner with skilled craftsmen who have been hand-stitching footwear for generations. Plus, every pair will be examined through multiple rounds of quality inspection before it is shipped.
